Crouch down and place your right Elbow on your right knee, now extend your left Leg to balance your weight...If you're doing this correctly you should be in a stance similar to a Greek Warrior (Think Gladiator)...Pretty Bad Azz, right? Now you know how to defend yourself when life tries to knock you off of your feet.-J. Wms.
